Information you give us

Our inquiry form asks for your name, email address, your choice under “What can we help you with?” and your message or project information. Company name is optional. We use these details to understand your request, respond to you and discuss any project or collaboration you ask us about. Please include only information relevant to your inquiry.

We do not use the form to subscribe you to marketing emails, sell your information or create an advertising profile.

How inquiries are handled

The form sends your details securely to our website server for validation. Accepted submissions are transmitted through Resend, our transactional email-delivery service, to info@korekproduction.com. Your email address is included as the reply-to address. People authorized to handle our inquiries can access the resulting correspondence.

Resend and our mailbox provider process the message to deliver, store and display that correspondence. See Resend’s privacy information (opens in a new tab). The website does not save inquiries in a separate website database or log message contents.

The form confirms receipt only after the email service accepts the request. If submission fails, it shows an error and retains your text on the current page so you can retry. That unsent text is not saved to browser storage by our form.

Website operation and security

This website is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Serving and protecting the website involves technical request information such as an IP address, requested URL, browser information, timestamps and error or security events. Cloudflare also uses a security cookie to help identify automated traffic, as described on our Cookies page.

Our form checks for automated submissions and repeated requests. It uses a signed, expiring verification token and a temporary keyed representation of the requesting IP address for rate limiting. The rate-limit entry expires after 15 minutes. We do not add inquiry text to those security records.

We do not include analytics tags, advertising pixels or cross-site tracking scripts in the website. Fonts and still images are served with the site.

Optional videos and external links

YouTube videos stay disconnected until you choose “Allow YouTube and play” for a video. Loading the player sends technical information, including your IP address and browser information, to Google/YouTube and may involve their cookies or browser storage. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player. You can unload it using the control beside the video. See our Cookies page and Google’s Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).

Links to app stores, products, game platforms and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. This policy covers the Korek Production website.

Retention and international processing

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request, related follow-up and any resulting business relationship, and where required for legal obligations or disputes. The relevant period depends on the purpose and the applicable requirements. Hosting, email and video providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States.

Your choices and requests

You can ask us about the information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise an objection or other privacy request by emailing info@korekproduction.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will assess it under the law applicable to your information; some records may need to be retained for legal reasons. You may also contact the relevant data-protection authority.
